| Comments: We have never experienced such a GREAT realtor. Joanne kept us up to date on everything that went on. She knows her job very well. After just two weeks, she sold our house. We are making her part of the family. She is so thoughtful, kind, warm hearted. This was not just another house to sell for her, she treated it like it was her own home. She is wonderful. |

| Comments: Joanne helped me survive and succeed during the hardest and most stressful times of my life - buying a house that my elderly father had never seen, and then moving him from out of state. She helped me through every step of the process which ended up taking two years, start to finish. Joanne never made me feel like my or my fathers concerns were too small or insignificant. She is truly a Real Estate Agent that cares about the people she helps. She will be the first person I contact for any future real estate needs. |

| Comments: I was moving here from out of state, and found Joanne Laphan online. She did an excellent job from start to finish. I had a very short period of time when I could fly in and look at homes and make an offer. She had everything lined up and I was able to get it all done in one day! |

| Comments: We were amazed, impressed, and so thankful for Joanne's professionalism and work ethic. Hiring Joanne to sell our home was like meeting a new friend who honestly cared about us…something not usually found in a real estate agent. Within two hours of emailing Joanne to inquire about listing our home, she has answered our email and called us. That was on a Saturday evening at approximately 7pm, and she worked tirelessly the rest of that evening answering questions, explaining contracts, adding our home to the MLS, writing ads, looking up all the needed information about our home, and making certain that we were pleased with the way she had done everything each step of the way. | Comments: I have been dealing as JoAnne's closing agent for the past three years and I will say she absolutely does her job and loves it. She makes sure that her sellers and her buyers are taken care of and not taken advantage of. She goes above and beyond for all her customers and even ones that are not. I would recommend JoAnne to any customer that asks for a recomendation. And because of her work ethics, I never mind going out of my way to extend any help to her to get her closings done, whether after hours or on the weekends or holidays. Because I know she and her customers appreciate it. She is truly an asset to the Real Estate business. |
